“We stay here every year and love the condo, the amenities and the location!!”

I love the 7th‑floor pool deck, great ocean views and no sand, nice indoor pool area, restaurant on site, condos are always updated and clean! The only problem is that the jets on the pool deck often don’t work – there are four jets and only one is functional.

“Did not stay here they don't have clean rooms”

The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful, but I couldn't help but write a negative review because there were french fries on the floor in one of the rooms, the floor seemed like it hadn't been swept in a while, and we only stayed one night and didn't order any food that included french fries, though we had red rice and chicken. I also had to file a complaint because we accidentally left a phone in our room; I spoke to a staff member and told them I would come to pick it up between Wednesday September 16th or Thursday September 17th, and they said okay. So I came on September 16th to retrieve it, but they told me they couldn't get my phone because the person Shannon had left it in the safe and they couldn't provide the password, even though I had told her I would be there between today and tomorrow. As of now I'm not happy about that because I have to stop what I'm doing tomorrow morning to come pick it up, and something came up, which is why I also came on September 16th to pick it up.
