We were taken care of superbly by manager Maged, who consistently checked on us to keep us comfortable, and the environment was very relaxed.

The location is great, staff are excellent, the sea is beautiful, and reception—especially Maged Talaad—provides great help; overall, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, sending messages every morning and evening to check that everything is fine. The botanical garden is magnificent, well‑maintained, and beautiful. Food is plentiful, though it depends on your taste, and overall it’s a solid value hotel. The rooms and furnishings are old and need refurbishment, and the drinks are not very good.
