I was initially impressed by the hotel's sauna, warm welcome, and peaceful atmosphere. However, upon closer inspection, I found several issues. The bathroom lacked a bidet, and the "do not disturb" sign was missing from the door. The maid entered our room at inopportune times, and the pillows were too soft. Additionally, there were a lack of clear instructions for meals, spa hours, and hotel organization. The staff was friendly but struggled to communicate with Italian guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful hotel in a peaceful location, just a 15-minute drive from the ski slopes. The spa was well-equipped, and the hot tub with a view of the mountains was truly breathtaking. My room was lovely and spacious, with comfortable pillows that I particularly appreciated. However, I did notice that the cleanliness could be improved. Additionally, the restaurant lacked a printed menu, and the selection was limited, although the food was delicious.
