The cabins were spotless and totally private, with solid fixtures and showers that actually work well. The owner was quick to help whenever we needed something. Only downside was that you have to drive a little out of town to pick up groceries.

Everything you need is within walking distance, though a car becomes handy if you want to see the wider countryside. Don’t skip the lake dip or the petrified forest walk while you’re there.
