The property was closed and nobody had informed me beforehand; I found out only when it happened. I tried to cancel, but nobody replied and even the booking support did not respond.
We did not stay because the hotel closed for renovation right before our arrival.
“Рекомендую к заселению! Персонал очень приятный!”
Excellent location, easy to reach tasty cafés. The air‑conditioning was a bit weak, but it worked, which is already good.
“При этом на звонки , ни на WhatsApp НЕ отвечали!”
During the night of check‑in I arrived from the airport, yet the hotel was closed!!! No message was sent, no warning, I almost stayed on the street at night, and had to find another place to stay that night!! Take action! How can you allow such unscrupulous service providers?
“Очень чисто, уютно.”
Very close to the funicular, absolutely great!
