Nobody on the staff spoke any English, the bed was a joke and so uncomfortable, they only supplied one pillow and asking for another was a ballache. Every time I was at the reception desk I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to notice I was there. The room they supplied was shocking, no blind on the window so direct light was shining in all day. The door lock had broken so it was a battle trying to get into my room. And the WIFI may have been nonexistent. Everything was terrible.
