The reception staff spoke English and always tried to help with anything we needed—definitely will return.

No worries about parking, and the value for the price is great. Nothing else. If you’re coming to this hotel you need to know why you’re in this area. It’s a comfortable haven far from Old Istanbul. If you want breakfast every day on the Bosphorus, don’t come here. That said, there are tons of excellent restaurants within a 10‑minute ride, from pure Turkish breakfast to high‑end international cuisine.

The lobby was well lit, street parking was convenient, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. 1. Walls (indoor and outdoor) are extremely thin, making it hard to sleep at night; staff tried to warn loud customers but the walls are so thin it didn’t help. 2. Horrible ventilation – despite being a smoke‑free hotel, the neighboring room would smoke nonstop and it would seep into our rooms. 3. Hot water was inconsistent. 4. Only offered all‑in‑one instant coffee packs instead of plain black coffee. 5. Worst pillows I’ve ever slept on in my life.
