The staff were very accommodating, treated us well, and welcomed us; they even suggested a better spot to visit Sumilon. Since we were the only guests, the property felt peaceful. However, our bathroom ran out of water, and the faucet had no water during the last two days of our stay; we also wanted to swim in the pool but it wasn't clean.

I had no positives to mention; I booked two nights but left after one because there was no TV, the Wi‑Fi was dead, the pool was dirty and charged extra, and I had to message the hotel on WhatsApp to reach reception, which took a long time to reply. I’d steer clear and stay nearer the whale‑shark watching spot.

You can't swim in the sea. The place is filthy because of the dogs and cats everywhere.
