The room was great, but the breakfast was a bit cold and the snacks were not fresh.

The staff were great, the breakfast was good, and the tram stop in front of the hotel was convenient, but the Wi‑Fi had some connectivity problems.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming us warmly and letting us leave our luggage before 16:00 so we could head into the city; the tram stop for line 13 is right outside the hotel, making it easy to reach the city centre. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable with plenty of pillows that made resting a breeze, and the mattress was perfect. Breakfast was a real treat – the coffee was excellent, and the menu featured a range of egg dishes, an amazing omelette and a small platter of meats, cheeses, vegetables, breakfast cereals, bread, croissants, and juices, plenty to start the day right. I highly recommend this place!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic: the staff went above and beyond, the rooms were clean and excellent, and the service was beyond praise. Thank you. The only downside was that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the hotel fully.

The staff, all hotel‑study students, were extremely helpful and took great care of us. The restaurant is highly recommended, tasty, and offers good value. Parking at the garage costs €20 per day, which is still quite cheap in Amsterdam. The tram (line 13) stops right outside the door. The only thing to note about breakfast is that an even more extensive fruit salad for the muesli would be nice, though there is already a good selection of egg‑based dishes up to the omelette.
