When we arrived, we tried calling the staff over and over, but nobody answered; as a group of women, that left us feeling unsafe and unsupported, forcing us to scramble for another place to stay, which was a huge let‑down and fell far short of basic safety or service standards. The service was terrible, the staff were clueless.
