We never received keys to the room, there was no water and no help to resolve it. No keys, no water service.

Nothing, I never recommend it. Everything, nothing good. First of all, I couldn't even find the hotel because it's so hidden; there's no signage at all. We arrived and they had no idea about the reservation. They gave us a room where they just put a mattress on the floor, which they "cleaned" in less than 5 minutes. There was no shower, there was underwear in the bathroom, there was a lot of sand and ants, no internet, and to top it off, the lights went out when we got there. All the services they promised don't exist: a pool, internet, room service, quadruple room, toiletries, and more. It's not what the pictures show, not even close. And to finish, the customer service was terrible because they were so happy drinking in the so-called lobby with rude people; I had to leave early.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the terrible service I received at this hotel. They promised us a lot, but delivered nothing. No towels, no cleaning, no hot water, and the pool hours were completely disregarded. We were even denied access to the pool while a group of people who arrived the next day were allowed to use it all night. The beds were old and lumpy, the TVs were broken, and the air conditioning barely worked.
