The hotel was comfortable. We arrived late at night with two young children. The staff could definitely have been friendlier and more helpful when we called asking how to get to the hotel. No one there to help with bags. Very expensive for what you get

Having two hotels with the same name so close together was very confusing after a long drive to the airport.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for catching a flight, with no complaints.

The staff were very friendly, especially at reception, the room was clean and functional, and the shuttle bus was handy given the proximity to the terminals, but the bar looked a bit shabby and the restaurant service was so slow that we left before anyone could take our dessert order.
