The hotel’s location was great and the rooms were excellent, but the first thing we were asked to do at check‑in was to pay in advance, and that was the only thing we got until we paid. After that, they told us the hotel next door was being renovated, so from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00 there was an overwhelming amount of drilling, hammering and wall‑breaking noise, which showed a lack of professionalism. It was impossible to sleep or relax in the room. If they had been more professional earlier, they could have warned us about this major issue (since you want to rest on vacation!) or at least moved us to rooms on the other side of the hotel where the noise was a bit more bearable. Only after several insistences the next day did they change 2 of the 3 rooms, and that required a lot of effort and persistence from us. The breakfast was good quality but mediocre, with only one fruit juice that was 60% ice and 40% juice when it was available, otherwise it was just hot water. They say they want to be green, but they hide many services. Moreover, after two days of stay they asked us to cancel the booking on Booking because we supposedly didn’t show up, claiming upgrades that were actually just temporary rooms. When we tried to cancel after two days, they told Booking we didn’t show up and risked a double charge on our credit card. The rooms were extremely noisy, the bathroom light was insufficient to even shave, the staff didn’t speak English and were unprofessional.

We stayed at a very nice hotel just 175 m from the beach and close to several restaurants; the décor was extremely appealing and our two adjoining rooms gave us 65 m² of space, which was wonderful. The rooms were spotless and tidy, and breakfast was adequate – it had everything you might need and something for every taste, though it leaned toward the simple side; still, portions were sufficient and you could even order omelets from the kitchen. A grocery store right across the street made it easy to pick up almost anything. It would have been helpful to note that the paper and envelopes on the tables cost extra, and the staff’s English could use some improvement, as communication was occasionally tricky, but overall the personnel were sweet and pleasant and truly made our stay enjoyable.

The rooms are gorgeous, the rooftop gym is functional, and it’s only a 30‑second walk to the beach! The residential area is pretty pricey, so for meals, choose restaurants farther from the beach or Sunset Town.

Good location and good value for money. The curtains don’t block light well, so morning light is disturbing. There’s no switch to turn off lights near the bed. A service shower would be useful after check‑out to make use of the facilities.
