“Nicht empfehlenswert”
The owner was very friendly, loving children and communicative, and there was a parking spot right outside the house. However, the exterior looked very untidy and bleak. The apartment was cold, bare, and very noisy; the windows were filthy, one room had black mold on the ceiling, and the curtain rod was hanging on one side of the wall. Some light fixtures didn’t work, and the TV in the bedroom with the double bed had only five channels, which feels very bleak in a place with no dining or tourist attractions. The kitchen dishes were very sparse and worn out; the pans had no coating and everything was greasy and dirty. First, I had to remove a bunch of dead spiders and flies. Spiders’ webs hung everywhere, clearly old. From the pictures I expected a restaurant, but there was none. Breakfast was very sparse with a very limited selection; only fresh egg dishes were offered. On the first morning, the cooked eggs were already on the table. The owner said goodbye and asked if he could leave us alone for half an hour, and there was no one else on site. We wanted to use the toilet next to the breakfast area, but it was dirty, even without a working light. On the second morning, the egg dishes were made on the spot, but the rest of the buffet was almost empty, which must have left the men who came after us with growling stomachs. I would never recommend this place to families. The price‑performance ratio feels more than unfair in hindsight. Even for commuters and construction workers, there is no comfort or attention to detail. At check‑out, no one asked how we found the stay. Very disappointing.
