The place was amazing, close to all shops and restaurants, in a quiet area. The rooms were the perfect size for one person, right in the heart of Chiang Mai. The staff were amazing and friendly, always smiling and greeting you. The lobby is nice for reading or eating, very clean, and the décor is stunning. The only thing I disliked in the room was the lack of storage for undergarments; everything else was exceptional.

This is my favorite hotel in Chiang Mai—everything is clean, well‑maintained, beautifully designed, quiet, and perfectly located, with a helpful staff, water and coffee in the lobby, and a great price; the place pleasantly surprised me, thank you 🙏.

The inn sits inside the old town moat, the surrounding area is quiet and the location very convenient. The public areas and rooms were tidy, the décor cute, and I enjoyed a comfortable five‑day stay; the on‑site laundry right across the street was handy, making it a good pick for a solo female traveler. The room felt a bit cramped, making it tough to keep a suitcase open, and the shower shared space with the toilet, so the seat got wet after bathing, which was slightly annoying. Also, only one card key was issued, which made it difficult to keep the fridge running while I was out, a nuisance for longer stays.
