The location was spot‑on and the staff were friendly, especially when I arrived early and they let me store my luggage inside the room instead of the usual front‑desk hold. The only drawback was the air‑conditioner, which seemed never cleaned and emitted an unpleasant, nose‑irritating smell whenever it was switched on or off.

Breakfast was outstanding! We stayed with our children in a semi‑twin room, but the bed was narrower than expected.

Overall I was pleased with everything, though it would have been nicer to have a coin‑laundry on each floor. The laundry machines that are there are a short walk away from the rooms.
