The grounds were very pretty, but the pool was cold and the room service was lacking.

I was blown away by the service—Mr. Hakan at the front desk went above and beyond. For our first anniversary, he arranged a room makeover and dinner for us, and we were thrilled. 👍🏽👍🏽

We spent a lovely week with my kids and the whole team made it extra comfortable for my son’s special situation – a big thank you to everyone involved.
