The place had a nice location with easy bus access, the room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and the room was a good size. The breakfast was very minimal with limited options, only one type of milk, and the fruit was overripe. There was a lot of noise from the road and some from the hallway.

I liked Berlin, but the welcome from staff who, despite their good intentions, didn’t speak German at all, the shabby surroundings, and the vacuum cleaner that didn’t work were disappointing.

Kahvaltı normal, resepsiyondaki bey efendi yardımcı oldu. Akşam 20.00 gibi geldik resepsiyon kapalı olduğu için otelin dış kapısı ve oda kapısını açmak için çok uğraştık, çok karmaşık bir sisteminiz var. Oda da içmek için su yoktu hayal kırıklığı oldu, oda da yerde halı yoktu ve bu odaya soğuk bir hava verdi, oda da giymek için terlik yoktu, oda ses izolasyonu çok kötü yan odadakilerin sevişme sesleri, odamızdaydı, sanki odamızda sevişiyorlardı, yürürken ayak sesleri dahi duyuluyordu, 5 saatlik yolculuktan odaya girdiğimde su içip duş alıp uyumak istedim, duş başlığı arızalıydı, yan odadakilerin sevişme sesleri, içecek su olmaması, fastıklar çok yumuşak 1 yastık alçak kalıyor, 2 yastık yüksek rahat uyumadım
