The location was excellent, but the least liked part was the bed: the headboard has a nice finish but is very hard and uneven, which could hurt someone.

The staff were kind, the location excellent, and the breakfasts and afternoon teas were very good. The common area was a bit small and the room had a damp smell and a jammed window.

I spent a weekend at the lodge with my girlfriend; we arrived late on Friday and the reception is open 24h, which is great. The spot is close to the beach, a path that takes under 5 minutes to reach the sand. There’s parking, but we parked our car on the street in front of the lodge, which is calm and safe. A market and a few restaurants are within walking distance. The lodge’s service is excellent, plus the breakfast and the beach umbrella are the differentiators! Regarding the bathroom, the shower is good, with a gas shower. The beach is great, clean sand and sea, calm and shallow water, with few waves and some food and drink stalls. As for the room, it’s simple and cozy, but the bed and pillows left something to be desired, and there was noise from the springs when sitting. Overall everything was clean, but the wall decorations above the bed were dusty, which is bad for allergy sufferers.
