The hotel was great, and what struck me most was that we arrived before 9 am and the staff let us in right away even though our official check‑in was at 2 pm; we even got breakfast that morning at no extra charge. It was a very nice experience overall—thanks a lot.

The location is very central and the restaurant offers a great view. However, the Juniorsuite we had booked was already occupied when we arrived, and the receptionist offered us a normal “Turkish” room—small, with an even smaller bathroom. It wasn’t until the second day that the suite was available.
