The bath is spacious. The food is simple.

The hot water and the size of the room were fine, but the furniture, bathroom tiles and walls were falling apart and the carpet was dirty; the security automatic door was out of order, the cafeteria food was low‑quality and the lockers were also in bad shape.

The onsen was nice, though it was a shame there was no standing‑water bath; dinner was served late, and even though we used meal tickets, the staff should make it clearer when handing out the dishes, maybe by adding a half‑width mark as a reference.

Having the hot spring piped into the room let me skip the large public bath, the room even had a washing machine and the amenities were plentiful, and although the breakfast buffet offered few items, everything tasted great; however, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, the tatami and carpet were covered in countless stains that were unsettling, the futon was thin and left my body sore, and the internal phone never connected.
