“It was immaculate ☺️”

I stayed at a beautiful new property that felt peaceful, quiet, and soothing; the service was superb, rooms were spotless, clean, and well‑maintained, the food was delicious, and the property offered a nice swimming pool, gym, small library, and a very aesthetic rooftop restaurant—overall a wonderful experience that I’d definitely revisit. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, one of the best I’ve had. The only downside was that there was no TV in the room.

The rooms were spotless and there was no need to worry about dust mites; the restroom was clean and tranquil, and the hotel’s limousine service picking us up for the airport was very convenient. The owner was extremely friendly, making me want to see him again. On the day of departure, however, the limousine we had booked to take us from the office to the airport never arrived, and we didn’t receive any prior notice that it wouldn’t come—so it’s wise to allow extra time for such uncertainties.

The hotel features a pool, air‑conditioning, a restaurant and city views, but the room had no window (this should be disclosed before booking), the soundproofing was poor and the pool could have been cleaner.

“とても清潔で日本並の快適さでした!”

I was impressed by the hotel's complimentary airport shuttle service, which was included in the room rate. They also kindly held my luggage for me on my departure day, allowing me to travel light during the day. The staff member, slendra, was friendly and made me feel welcome. On my final day, the owner, Anjera, took the time to speak with me, creating a sense of warmth and connection.
