A magical place where time stopped. The wonderful and spacious room doesn’t need air conditioning. You sleep very well with the night’s coolness. Breakfast is spectacular, served with rare elegance! Refinement reigns everywhere—at breakfast, in the garden, and in the splendid house. The silence is no less important, making this spot a little paradise. We’re left speechless! Also, Carlo and Fulvia are marvelous.

Located on the summit of a small, blooming and peaceful village, the property is exactly as in the photos: a charming, welcoming and comfortable house that seems to have come out of a fairy tale. It’s old, but kept like a gem. The owners are people of unique courtesy and availability! Our kids couldn’t wait to come back in the evening to spend time there. Here time stretches, simple pleasures are enjoyed, and we’re rejuvenated. Cleanliness and care of the surroundings are impeccable. Breakfast is an experience: it’s held in the garden among lemon trees and herbs of every kind. There’s everything, from warm croissants to Tuscan bread with ricotta or homemade jams. The care put into every detail is evident. We would have liked more days available; when we return to the area we’ll definitely come back!

A beautiful authentic place run by warm, kind people. Delicious food at the village restaurant and breakfast was lovely and lovingly prepared. It’s wise to bring a separate bag for the overnight stay. You can’t park your car at the accommodation and have to walk a bit uphill, so it’s not convenient with a lot of luggage.

A stunning period residence, impeccably maintained by Fulvia and Carlo! We had a perfect holiday with superb breakfast prepared in the garden with Mrs.’s masterfully made preserves. The kindness, availability and attention impressed us. The property for lovers of genuine things was restored in every small detail with a conservative approach by Carlo. For all this we promised to return to this ancient village of old times to savor this rarity again.
