The price was reasonable, but the place isn’t truly handicap or wheelchair friendly—the bathroom doorway was too narrow to pass through, the elevator down button didn’t work, and wheelchair and luggage wheels got stuck on the elevator and floor transfers; the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the coffee maker leaked all over the counter and didn’t work, there was no view, and the pictures were misleading.

The location was good, but I didn’t like the property.

My son had an accident in the water park, the lifeguard wasn’t on site, no ambulance was called, and I’m still waiting for the hotel insurance to cover medical costs; the hotel hasn’t contacted me or responded to my messages.

I was close to the beach and had plenty of nearby attractions, and the water park was a hit with the kids. However, the rooms were dirty, with stuff all over the walls and floors that weren't mopped, leaving them black when wiped. The whirlpool smelled awful of chlorine when turned on, and the door locks didn’t work properly—no extra lock and the main lock would jiggle and come undone, which made it feel insecure for kids who like to run off.
