“Its was good”
The sheets and blankets were not cleaned.
There was no breakfast included in my tariff. Bugs were near the bed and the property lacked proper hygiene; the room was too small to move around comfortably. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all, and when I told the reception guy, he said the issue would be fixed in the evening, but it stayed the same throughout my stay.

The staff were humble and the rooms stayed neat and clean, and the breakfast was good, but the small room made the price feel unjustified; it’s not on the road and parking space is limited.
The room was the best, and breakfast was delicious 😋; walking from the railway station in Surat is easy and transport is readily available.
