I was genuinely pleased with the property: it was spotless, equipped with all the cooking, laundry, and storage facilities you could need—perfect for a self‑catering stay. The only downside was that parking was close to the property.

We really liked how close the shops were; the apartment sits right in the city centre and has an unusual style. During our stay it rained a few times, and the rain caused a lot of noise from the roof of the patio, with water dripping onto the walls.

The apartment looked great inside and was well equipped with everything you need. The bed was clean and comfortable. A supermarket and other shops were within walking distance. Free parking at the station was a five‑minute walk. The town was lively with nice restaurants and people on the streets all day. Everything was very affordable. The owner wasn’t seen, but upon arrival you receive a key code from a box on the wall and can go in. Villena is a bustling city, and we were there during a holiday weekend, so many people were out. That’s why we were woken every night by loud footsteps and party‑goers. No idea why they were passing our apartment.

Although I couldn’t go due to life’s unforeseen events, my family said everything was fine, so a thank you was the least I could do. Best regards.
