From the moment I arrived, the staff were amazing. The room was thoughtfully arranged and beautiful, and the food was fantastic. It was great to have a hammock and a small couch. The water heater didn’t supply enough hot water to fill the tub—only about 6 inches deep before it got cold—so it felt more decorative than functional.

We stayed 4 nights at Jack Ecolodge and we had an amazing time. We were hosted with such attention, the place is beautiful. You eat amazing food and wake up with the sound of the river. The family host is so sweet and you will feel like home. Besides, the area is amazing, either for hiking, riding around or just rest !

The place is absolutely great when it comes to the owners – warm, caring, helpful, and language barriers are no problem. The food is very good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom and one toilet on the floor for all rooms (one for men, one for women). Even worse, you can hear everything through the walls – not just from adjacent rooms but also from outside where local radio plays every morning and evening.
