I really enjoyed the food, especially the breakfast pancakes and the wide variety. The location was good, and you could have a drink even when the bar was closed. The staff were extremely helpful and always there when needed. The only problem I encountered was finding a place to sit; people who were finished kept staring at new guests, which was the biggest issue and had nothing to do with the hotel—just a lack of respect among guests.

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms looked great. I wished there were gluten‑free options at breakfast, and a separate toaster would have been handy.

“Very pleasant”

The place was very clean and the location was excellent. Safety features in the bathroom were great, and there was plenty of space for luggage, making the room feel roomy. The only downside was that there was just one elevator for all four floors and only two luggage carts.

“Disappointed with the pool”

Great breakfast, but the pool was freezing cold, which was a huge let‑down because we booked mainly for the pool and slide.
