It’s close to the metro and shops nearby. There was a lot of mold, no curtains, the air conditioning wasn’t cleaned, and the neighborhood was very noisy.

The building is very clean and is presented as a fourth floor but is actually a third European floor. It’s doable if you only have to carry heavy luggage up and down once. The metro and a shop‑filled street with all services are less than a minute away. The owners were super helpful and immediately assisted when we had hot‑water issues. Unfortunately, the location isn’t the most central; I knew this when I booked, but for first‑time visitors to Seoul it’s not ideal and the area isn’t covered by the climate card (as of today). I wasn’t new to the city, so I didn’t feel badly, but it was a disappointing surprise when at 1 a.m. we found ourselves at Seoul Station with no taxi willing to take us to the house’s area.

The location and convenience were great. The wall messages need to be changed; they come across as too aggressive, perhaps a translation error.

It’s close to the station and warm. The room is clean. The door lock might be confusing for foreigners. The water temperature takes time to adjust, which was a bit unsettling at first.

It’s much more comfortable than a cramped hotel. Two spacious rooms let you relax; cleanliness ranks among the best I’ve seen. It’s not a hotel, so cleaning isn’t done, but there’s a vacuum, washing machine, and kitchen, so it’s especially recommended for multiple nights. The bathroom is spacious for Korea; I could shower without wetting the toilet. The nearest station is less than a minute away. I definitely want to stay again. As for the free range, only one large and one small towel are provided initially; having an extra pair allowed me to wash comfortably. The window had blinds, but only on one side, so mornings were bright from early on. It took a little time to warm up in the ondol, but everything was within tolerable limits.
