The reception was very friendly and the staff were kind, but the room felt a bit outdated; we had expected something newer.

The location sits in the center of a small town, surrounded by houses, and the photos are quite misleading, giving the impression of a standalone hotel; the pool is very small. The lady who welcomed us was rather unpleasant, we had trouble with the reservation because we mixed up the dates, and she refused to help us, not even discussing our options and simply moved on to other guests.

The place is well situated for many mountain tours, the staff are very nice wherever they work, but the vegetables at the breakfast buffet were not cut, which many people notice – hygiene concerns!

The staff were amazing, the room was great, the sauna was awesome, and the pool is the nicest we’ve ever seen – highly recommend. The only downside is that the rooms could use an AC unit, but otherwise it was great.
