The spot was spot on—safe, charming, right next to the metro, with plenty of eateries, shops, and parks, and central enough to hop to sites and stations easily. But when I got to the room it was stuffy, the windows hadn’t been opened, the Wi‑Fi was terrible, and the hair dryer was the same cheap model you’d find at a local gym, not a hotel. To top it off, the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and left a mess.
