“Excellent location and value for money”
The location is fine, close to Ubud’s centre and the rice fields. The door‑closing system was confusing.

It’s worth the price.

The room is modern, all new, and everything works. The little garden is nice, and the kitchen is acceptable. There are many cafés and restaurants nearby, and a few rice fields are still visible. The kitchen could be cleaner and better equipped, and although it’s advertised as usable for guests, it felt more like a staff kitchen, which was odd. An old man stayed overnight and partly during the day in a small room with an outside toilet; for security reasons, he was there, but his presence was unsettling—he would sometimes stand in front of his door at night when I wanted to enter the kitchen or move between rooms. It was creepy. Loud music from nearby bars ran from Friday to Sunday, and there was some construction noise from the building next door, so it wasn’t all quiet, though it quieted down around midnight.

I appreciated how quiet the place was while still being in the center, and the room was big—excellent value overall. Nothing to complain about.

In the heart of the city, the hotel was calm; the rooms were clean, had a terrace, and were comfortable.
