The queen‑size bed was comfortable, the shower was large with plenty of hot water, and the microwave, half‑size fridge and freezer, plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery, table, and two chairs were all clean and ready to use. There was hanging space with coathangers, and a car parked in front with a shade cover. In the mornings there was occasional traffic noise, but it wasn’t constant and didn’t bother us. Breakfast wasn’t offered on site, but a lovely restaurant, bakery, fruit shop, pub, and petrol stations were all nearby. No iron was available.

The cottage was very comfortable and spacious enough for three adults, and a pub for meals was within walking distance. Most of the cottage was clean, but the air conditioners and oven still needed a thorough cleaning.
