The breakfast and location were spot on – fresh fruit juice, a freshly fried egg (though the owner’s style is a bit quirky) and being sandwiched between Bruges and Blankenberge made cycling to both towns a treat. On the downside, there’s no door between the bedroom and the bathroom, just a curtain, so you can hear all the shower noise right into the bed. The room doesn’t have tap water, so you have to buy bottled water separately.
