When I raised the issue, the staff were unhelpful and gave no proper solution. I asked to speak with the manager, but I never met them and was told they had no authority to resolve the problem. Although we had agreed to stay for one night, we were still not allowed to use the room, and only a partial refund for the second night was offered. The only choices were to pay for one night or leave, which was unacceptable. Overall, the hotel failed to meet basic expectations, especially for a honeymoon, and the customer service was terrible. The rooms were not clean enough and there were many insects. Everything else was not luxurious.
