Huge thanks to Nune for the hospitality! The place was spotless and orderly. The room was spacious, with screens on the windows and door. The kitchen had everything needed and the shower area was large. It felt very cozy. Since we didn't know the city, we took a taxi that arrived in just a couple of minutes.

The place is in a killer spot—just a hop to the big Dola mall and only ten minutes on foot to Republic Square. Everything inside is spot‑clean and fully stocked. The host is super friendly, gave us great local tips, and made us feel right at home. If I ever head back to Yerevan, I’ll book here again. Big thanks to the host for the warm welcome. The rooms were top‑notch: furniture, linens, and towels all in great shape, and the bathrooms—shared between two rooms on the third floor—were just as tidy. The spot is perfect, right in the center and a 15‑minute walk to the square, yet it’s quiet with private cottages and apartments nearby. Huge shout‑out to Nune for her hospitality!

We stayed two nights and loved it. The host was sweet—handed us fresh fruit on day one and cookies when we checked out. She was quick to reply and super helpful. The room, bathroom, and kitchen were all clean and ready to use; it feels like a deep clean happens after every guest, which made the stay feel extra comfy. Highly recommend!

We were really happy with our stay in these apartments. The location is convenient—quiet, close to the center and the airport, and a bus stop is just a two‑minute walk away. The place has everything you need: a roomy kitchen, a courtyard to sip morning coffee, and the room was spotless with soft sheets on comfy beds. The décor adds a nice touch, and the host is always ready to help or give advice.
