The breakfast variety, the location, and the staff were all great. However, the stairs up to the lobby were hard for older guests, the bedsheets had stains, and the towels felt old; these should be upgraded to meet 4‑star standards.

“Perfect location for exploring Yogyakarta and feeling at home”

This is my favorite hotel in Yogyakarta: clean, well‑furnished, with a stunning view, spacious rooms, and a superb breakfast. I especially loved the rooftop terrace, where drinks and delicious food paired with a beautiful view made for a perfect evening after a hectic day. Special thanks to Mei at reception and Sherly at breakfast for their constant smiles, politeness, and attentiveness, and to the entire behind‑the‑scenes team who keep everything running smoothly.

Their staff , Dera , Dewi , Sheryl and Valyncia shone the brightest there. Exceptional PR. Most foreign tourists dont smoke , the locals 90% smoke . Should find a way to allocate an area for smokers. Allowing smoking in waiting area and swimming pool area is bad as there are kids too. The smoking area at the pool is connected to the dining area where guests are having their meals , the smoke is entering the dining area
