Breakfast was fairly decent, though there were very few sweet options and only one type of cake; the staff were friendly. The room was small, with no place to sit, the TV either didn't work or only offered a few German channels, and I found the bunk beds for the kids a bit scary! There was no kettle or tea in the room. All in all, very minimal.

We had a terrible stay; from the moment our friends arrived, everything fell apart. We had booked and paid for specific rooms, yet the hotel handed us a 4‑bed room instead. When we asked reception for a fix or to cancel, the staff were rude and unhelpful, refused to cancel, and threatened that we would still be charged. The situation even escalated to needless comments about calling the police. Eventually, my friends had to leave the hotel, and we had to find other accommodation on our own. Completely unacceptable.

Very modern and luxurious, with an excellent breakfast and a beautiful breakfast area. The overall experience was great, especially considering the very reasonable price.

At the time it was still under the old name, so I had to search longer and ask many questions. The rooms were Spartan, lacking nightstands and other basics.
