The room was a decent size and the AC worked well. Management was terrible—run by a brother and sister, with the sister being an idiot and the brother barely tolerable. Their only concern is your money. Most guests are “pure ghetto.” They allow auto repair in the front parking lot. I was threatened with arrest by a psycho security contractor. There’s a lot of prostitution and drug dealing in the units.

The location was decent. Unfortunately, there is no screening of guests. The owners are idiots and the place has a serious ghetto vibe. I was trapped in my room because of a psycho rent‑a‑cop. Stay away at all costs.
