They “oversold” the rooms, so when I arrived after fully paying and lugging my suitcase two blocks from where I parked, I was told there was no room for me and that they would “try to get me my money back.” There was no real apology, no offer to help me find another room, and no compensation for the inconvenience.

The staff were very attentive and helpful, the lounge was nice, and the bartender made great drinks. I booked an executive king, but the room type wasn’t available at check‑in; the reception staff handled it well and upgraded us to an ADA king, which was much better for my husband who is 6’4”.
