Helpful staff, very close to centre, fair sized rooms and bathrooms. Overall, very happy with our stay. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both had broken things in and the hot water didn't work at all times

I tried to extend my stay and was told only a deluxe room was left, so I refused; they then said I could have one but would have to switch rooms, which I did. The new room cost more than the original yet was noticeably lower in quality, with hair from a previous guest on the sheets and pillowcases, and the Wi‑Fi wouldn’t connect even after they changed the linens. I was moved again, and the next two rooms each had their own issues, eventually forcing me back to the first room after a two‑hour ordeal with no apology offered.

The Wi‑Fi didn’t work for a while, the most useful power outlet was broken, there were plenty of hangers but nowhere to hang them, the bathroom lacked a chair to sit on, the provided tea bags were unwrapped and soggy, and there was no spoon.
