Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water, and the breakfast was delicious too—everything was perfect!

I was shocked to find a cockroach crawling out of the sink in the bathroom, and there were also droppings on the basin. The toilet was dirty under the lid as well. Since I only had one night, I tolerated it, but I was very disappointed by the cleanliness and condition of the room.

Breakfast was good, the cleaning was solid, and the location was convenient. However, a person at the reception was very rude.

Everything was perfect and everyone was very friendly and professional, especially the gentleman at the reception who handled our check‑in and the lady in the lounge.
