Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room was spacious with a large bed and the bathroom was clean and almost new. The blanket was a bit dirty, but otherwise everything was perfect.

What a fantastic place to stay! Miluska made me feel right at home after coming back from Machu Picchu and kept in touch through WhatsApp, which made check‑in a breeze. The room was spotless, with a large, comfy double bed, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were super friendly and always happy to suggest local eateries and activities. Kieke’s excellent English made communication effortless. The room was a bit chilly sometimes, but the team quickly supplied an electric heater that fixed it. The location was unbeatable—right by the Main Plaza in a secure courtyard, yet quiet with no street noise. I highly recommend it! The only small gripe was the shower water temperature being a touch cooler, but it didn’t spoil the otherwise excellent stay.

The view of the property was impressive, and the owner and staff were extremely welcoming and caring. Breakfast was consistently fresh, unlike many U.S. hotels that serve watered‑down eggs and stale toast. The Smart TV offered YouTube and Netflix, and the downstairs café was also friendly and good.
