“Very disappointed”

We had to climb stairs over a bar, and parking was far away. The landlord didn’t introduce herself at check‑in, and at 11:30 p.m. we were treated poorly when we asked about the guests staying there. We were locked out because the code wouldn’t work, and the overall care was lacking, though the price was good.

The location was outstanding, but the rooms were a bit small, the hotel had no staff, and at night there were loud, rowdy customers in the hallway—probably a bachelor party.

Beds were nice and soft-nice duvet. TV worked. Room ac/heat unit-yay. Nice shower- hot and good pressure. Not for mobility impaired!!! 2 flights of shallow stairs, no help with luggage. HARD TO FIND if you've never been. VERY BASIC room i.e. no cups for water, no tissues, only 1/2 roll of TP (thank God we'd packed emergency roll) Room is actually a little tight with 2 queens.queen + single would've fit better. Actually comparing, I'd say overpriced. No fridge to cool drinks.sink was too shallow to fill my waterflosser(and no cups)

“Had booked this for another trip but decided to cancel after our experience”

The bed and pillows were nice, but there was no elevator so we had to haul everything up the steps. The room was above a bar that stayed loud and obnoxious until 12:30 a.m., so we didn’t sleep. The ceiling fan was dirty with grime hanging off the edges and there was dirt in the corners. When we arrived there was another person already in the room, and we found roaches in the bathroom and on the coffee bar in the day room. There was no place to park vehicles.

“The "hotel" was locked, closed.”

I arrived to find the hotel locked and the phone line silent, so I tried to call the property but got no answer; I couldn't book anywhere else and by 8:00 pm we ended up staying at Quality Inn.
