The room was quiet, located at the end of the corridor with a big bed; the hotel was under construction, hidden behind scaffolding, so we got lost at night trying to find it in the neighbourhood, which was a hassle, and there was no breakfast.

The room was decent, but the balcony was useless because of renovations; the hotel was fully booked, there was no bar, no breakfast restaurant, and no coffee in the room— all three items were listed in the hotel description, yet we received no compensation for these shortcomings.

The spot is spot-on and the view over one of Naples’ oldest squares would be stunning, except there's scaffolding up there that we didn’t know about. The top‑floor terrace is great for a chat, and we ate several meals there, buying from the staff who were incredibly helpful with plates and everything; we had the whole place to ourselves, which felt pretty special. Just a heads‑up: the scaffolding is a reality and there’s no breakfast offered.
