“Gute Lage, ruhiges Zimmer.”
The location is good, sleeping with the window open is no problem. Parking was available. The breakfast buffet was adequately stocked. Finding a restaurant for dinner was somewhat challenging, as almost everything was closed on Sunday evenings. The check‑in via key box worked smoothly.
The reception was very friendly, the breakfast good, the central location ideal for motorcycle tours, and the double room was very spacious.

Everything that was needed for a night was there. The dishwashers need descaling; water always drips a bit. It seems to have been like that for a while, judging by the unsightly thick lime scale.

The location suited my needs – business in Meßstetten – and the parking on the large lot opposite was plentiful and free. The double room was big enough for a single person, but a bit small for two. The breakfast was good – scrambled/spinach eggs on request. Unfortunately the TV subtitles kept running, and I couldn’t turn them off with the minimal remote or via the TV menu at the back; this issue persisted all week and the request for a replacement unit was ignored, which was annoying.

The reception was open from 16 to 18, then it was very quiet because we were the only guests. We could make our own coffee or tea and grab a drink from the fridge.
