The location was superb, close to Osaka station, shopping, and restaurants, and away from Namba, making the hotel excellent for a quiet stay. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows, plus a separate area. The staff were very helpful and attentive, answering all our questions and ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.
