They didn’t offer breakfast or even basic coffee, the service was terrible and the kitchen was dirty. How do you list a brothel as a BnB? The staff were rude, treating guests as if they didn’t pay. Every two minutes a man would come asking for a room; at first I thought they were normal customers, but when I went to the bathroom I realized this was a day‑use situation. It was chaotic, and for someone traveling from Pretoria it was awful to experience this with my kids. At 3 am the staff were busy insulting customers. A man opened the toilet while my daughter was inside. How can male and female share bathrooms and toilets? There are two bathrooms in that place—why not specify gender? I paid R564 to sleep in a brothel with my two kids. I wish to sue for this. It was traumatizing. At least it was close to the shops, so I could easily walk and get my children some food.

The beds and the outside area were okay, but there were a lot of people with attitude and no help with the TV. I’m never going back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to experience that.

The location was good, but that was it. The staff were horrible and rude when I tried to leave, and the rooms were too small; you could hear everything happening outside.

The location was very good and the comfort was excellent—peaceful. The room had no toilet.
