The place is very central, but I couldn't find any outlets to charge my phone, so I had to use the kitchen; we brought many devices that needed charging.

The location was outstanding, the hosts were courteous and friendly.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and the staff were available for early check‑in and late check‑out. However, although the description mentioned a private bathroom, it was actually a shared space with two toilets/shower stalls for the rooms; the location is very central but right above venues that play music at a somewhat loud volume.
