The room was clean and the location was convenient. Breakfast options were basic and there was no fresh fruit that morning.

The breakfast was good and the hotel is centrally located. I requested a disability‑accessible room, but when I checked in it wasn’t available; the elevator was a relief, though the air‑conditioning could have been quieter.

The staff and the location were very nice. I paid for a “two bedroom suite” expecting a family of four to have privacy, but there were no doors and no separate bedrooms, so the privacy I got was the same as in a room half the price. I was also disappointed that the hot tub we had been excited about was no longer operational, having been filled years ago.

The toilet keeps running after a flush, and the water level in the bowl is too high, making it uncomfortable to sit. The TV was hard to navigate; the staff had to hand me a list of stations and I couldn’t pull up a channel guide.
